Joel Comm is one of the online marketing guru and author of several bestsellers in the New York Times.

He offers in his book discover the secrets that took him to increase profits of $ 30 to $ 500 daily. In his own words:

If you want to learn to make money doing business, you should also train. Everything in life requires training to improve, businesses are no exception to that concept.

The website Genywealth give us excellent advice on how to achieve that training using sales portals such as eBay. The advice is easy and involves:

1. Buy a popular product in a sales portal Ebay or similar. Check Ebay and see which product is hot. Once you know which is, buy it.

2. Once you have the product, resell it. When you get the product, resell it immediately with a small profit by raising the price. Beware, if you can not resell it may be that the product is not the right product.

3. To raise the price improves the way you offer it. If you want to resell the product at a higher price, improves the way it’s offered. Put more pictures or describe the product better.

4. Practice how you can increase the price. Make successive sales and examine how much you can raise the price. You might start losing money, but that’s why this is a training. Anyone born learning to play a musical instrument, you’re the same thing when learning how to make money.

5. Start shopping in quantities of 5 or 10 products to obtain discount prices. Compliment your training in the first four steps, go to the next level and buy products in bulk to get wholesale price discounts and continues to sell, your profit margin will be more and earn more money.

6. Keep training and coaching. Follow this practice and begin to analyze why people spend more money and what is the effective way to close sales.

All business to be successful and productive must have a team that working in a coordinated and mysticism way with your business idea.

To achieve this, you should share with your workers team a path to mutual success in their personal lives that matches your business plan.

If your workers or employees do not feel happy in your company, will soon seek new horizons. When any company lost an employee, lost money due the costs of training new employees but also lost the mystique of your business idea because maybe the other workers within you company will feel “there is no future here”.

To prevent this, I suggest that you create within your company a policy of “personal goals” for your workers, for this I suggest you follow the following:

1. Talking with your employees about their personal goals. As an entrepreneur, you must know what the personal goals of your staff which will serve as a basis for knowing where they want to go to their personal lives.

2. Explain what are the long-term goals of the company. You have to explain and communicate what are the long-term goals of your business. There are many companies that hide it from their workers or simply do not have that plan.

3. Try to reconcile the personal goals of your workers with long-term goals of the company. There are many creative ways to accomplish both goals. E.g.| If you want all your employees have master creates a master’s degree program. If you think your company should be kept small, develop a program that your employees know that after a certain number of years they should leave the company in an orderly and perhaps become future suppliers of your company.

4. Create a plan targeting your employees within your company. Once you get to the previous step then creates an internal plan of personal training goals of your employees. Put deadlines or awards.

5. The success of your workers will be the success of your business. This is particularly important that you we have this in mind. If your employees are successful you will have better employees or maybe future partners of your business and future opportunities to make money. Your company also attract the best staff that will be highly motivated to move forward your business idea.

Yahoo published an article about 10 signs that should give us think that we should leave our current work.

For instance two of these signs are:

“You Aren’t Learning Anything New
Yes, you want to know how to do most of your job. But there are also things you want to be learning; otherwise you are not growing professionally. If you have stopped learning at work, it’s time to find a job where you will learn new skills and grow professionally.

You Never Have a Day When You Wake Up Excited To Go To Work
If you wake up every morning Monday through Friday and never feel excited to go to work, that is a problem. It means you aren’t enjoying your job and it is diminishing your quality of life. If you wake up every day and dread going to work, it’s time to consider quitting your job.”

The 10 signs detailed in that article are nothing new. Certainly, unless you’re a conformist, you feel that you have more of one.

Thus, the real question is not if you should quit your current job and seek a new job. I am sure that if you change of job, soon you feel unhappy with your new job.

One such product is selling clothes since one always tries to prove it to estimate the size and style.

Going from employee to own your business involves a fundamental change in your life. You must be mentally prepared because it is an extremely complex process.

As the owner of your business, nobody will pay your salary or wages. If you do not make money with your business, you do not get some cash to meet your needs.

When you start a business idea you need to have an adequate strategy involving many aspects such as marketing, human resources, management, clients relationships.

Thus, some key aspects that you should consider are the following:

1. Change your mind immediately, you are not an actor in a supporting role, now you are the star of your own life. Do not expect anyone else to take care of things for you, now you are on your business idea and will not there is no one telling you how to do things. This key psychological aspect is very difficult and some times it will be preferable to start your business idea with a partner. A partner help each other in the challenge of raising business idea after left your employment.

2. Learn to delegate tasks. You should be clear that you can not do everything, and that’s why you must learn to delegate tasks. Obviously, you must monitor all aspects of your business, but that not means to do everything yourself because that will lead to a stress and anguish.

3. Have a comprehensive plan your business idea. Details on a business idea are indispensable but are not enough. Your entire business must operate as an integrated system where all your gear should perfectly work sync. Therefore, is particularly important have a comprehensive plan to care for all these issues.

4. Set goals for short, medium and long term and measured and measured and measured. One secret of successful business is that them constantly measure its processes and outcomes.
