To succeed in business, your employees also will be succeed

All business to be successful and productive must have a team that working in a coordinated and mysticism way with your business idea.

To achieve this, you should share with your workers team a path to mutual success in their personal lives that matches your business plan.

If your workers or employees do not feel happy in your company, will soon seek new horizons. When any company lost an employee, lost money due the costs of training new employees but also lost the mystique of your business idea because maybe the other workers within you company will feel “there is no future here”.

To prevent this, I suggest that you create within your company a policy of “personal goals” for your workers, for this I suggest you follow the following:

1. Talking with your employees about their personal goals. As an entrepreneur, you must know what the personal goals of your staff which will serve as a basis for knowing where they want to go to their personal lives.

2. Explain what are the long-term goals of the company. You have to explain and communicate what are the long-term goals of your business. There are many companies that hide it from their workers or simply do not have that plan.

3. Try to reconcile the personal goals of your workers with long-term goals of the company. There are many creative ways to accomplish both goals. E.g.| If you want all your employees have master creates a master’s degree program. If you think your company should be kept small, develop a program that your employees know that after a certain number of years they should leave the company in an orderly and perhaps become future suppliers of your company.

4. Create a plan targeting your employees within your company. Once you get to the previous step then creates an internal plan of personal training goals of your employees. Put deadlines or awards.

5. The success of your workers will be the success of your business. This is particularly important that you we have this in mind. If your employees are successful you will have better employees or maybe future partners of your business and future opportunities to make money. Your company also attract the best staff that will be highly motivated to move forward your business idea.

To be or not to be …. should you quit your job and start your own business?

Yahoo published an article about 10 signs that should give us think that we should leave our current work.

For instance two of these signs are:

“You Aren’t Learning Anything New
Yes, you want to know how to do most of your job. But there are also things you want to be learning; otherwise you are not growing professionally. If you have stopped learning at work, it’s time to find a job where you will learn new skills and grow professionally.

You Never Have a Day When You Wake Up Excited To Go To Work
If you wake up every morning Monday through Friday and never feel excited to go to work, that is a problem. It means you aren’t enjoying your job and it is diminishing your quality of life. If you wake up every day and dread going to work, it’s time to consider quitting your job.”

The 10 signs detailed in that article are nothing new. Certainly, unless you’re a conformist, you feel that you have more of one.

Thus, the real question is not if you should quit your current job and seek a new job. I am sure that if you change of job, soon you feel unhappy with your new job.

The real question is: Are you ready to lunch your own business?
